Do we live our lives like we have no direction? Are you stuck on a daily routine that you're already sick and tired of? Do you work to live? Or you live to work? Am I contributing more of the noise than peace and quiet? Does my intentions are always about me or for the good of others as well?? If you can't answer these questions yet, take time to sit with this one. How do you feel? What is your initial response? #nourishyourlife #findyourself I know that there are a lot of good people out there versus the few ones who doesn't take their time to care at all what's happening around us. (Not to mention the traffic in the metro, the pile of rubbish - plastics and heaps of food we throw away). It all starts within us right? We are looking for change all the time but nothing's happening. We spend our lives thinking that someone out there will clean the mess for us. "It's the government's responsibility, it's my parents, my boss", and other people that we can blame responsible for each other's actions. Do we really want to contribute to the world's rubbish? Or do we want to make a change by stopping ourselves and think - wait, in my own little ways, I want to make the world a better place, spreading love, positivity and vulnerability than contribute to the pile of toxicity. I want to have a better outlook in life. I need a change of perspective. How? If we are not happy about our dead end jobs, then maybe it's time to go out there and find what you really want the most. If you want to have more money, check how your finances, how do you spend and re-check your lifestyle. Is your goal achievable if you want to have an extra income? Do you like doing it for a long time? If it's temporary, do you have to compromise your time? Is it worth it? Lastly, are you willing to get out of your comfort zone? Change your lifestyle? Leave friends or cut some family circles to have the life that you deserve and want the most? Are you willing to take the risk to observe and explore more?
If you say YES to all of these things, then there's no turning back. Focus on your end goal. It doesn't have to be a long term goal, start with baby steps. It can be fine tuning your emotions and start with self awareness. For example, set a list of what you want to do every morning, like top 3 goals - wake up early, coffee, go for a walk or yoga. Repeatedly actions turn into a habit. Once you cultivate your healthy daily habits, you're wanting for more and that can lead you to look further down the road.. long term goals. I jump from different jobs all the time because I get bored or not satisfied anymore. It's a dead end for me. I asked myself, "what makes me happy? what makes me satisfied?". We can't be happy and content with our jobs, our boss, our colleagues. If we don't understand the purpose of why are we working and what values are we contributing to the society? what kind of influence are we bringing everyday at work? Then we will just come and go as we please, take our payroll and repeat the process til we get exhausted and move on to another job. What am I here for? Why am I living this way? To live healthier and share that to other people? To make progress with your career, start a business, live abundantly, how? To get married, have family soon, find your perfect mate, how? Start looking from within.
