It's disturbing to me to read news about people getting depress, jumping out from the window, committing suicide because they can't take it to be isolated in the comfort of their homes.
I know we have other issues such as millions of job loss and many people are starving. Mental health is also a serious problem. Do we keep ourselves in check everyday? What is good for us? What are the things that we can't tolerate? What should be our mindset in times of crisis?
