They said memories are bittersweet. We can't say "I only had happy memories all throughout my life" neither "I only had sadness recollections". We also do have memories that we're trying to bury deep down like it never happened. When we try so hard to forget, it doesn't go away. We experience flashbacks or we get paralyze, freeze on a familiar spot or scenario. Have you experience these things? It's called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). #ptsdawareness

We all wear a mask, the mask that we want to put out to the world when we feel pain, fear, anxiety or weakness. We also switch on different masks according to crowd and different situations. We all want to feel important, accepted and love. I don't know what's your journey, what you are going through right now but each of us has different stories to tell. What kind of mask are you wearing right now? #vulnerability #discoveringyou
I hear this question a lot. "Are we losing good men?", "Where are the good men nowadays?"
And on the other side, men says "Where are those soft, tender women?" "Why women become stronger than men?". Women are taking over the responsibilities of men in the society. Scary isn't it? #arewechangingforthebetter I am so sick of online life. Yes, hearing from someone who live and breathe on the digital world. What I'm complaining about is not the technology, it's us humans. We are already devoured by the social media platforms. Our human minds are regressing than producing intelligence using technology. Let me paint you a picture of how we, as generation of techy people behave online. It's crazy out there! #highonhumans
