Humans spend most of our time looking for happiness, for satisfaction, for things that are fulfilling to us. Do we find joy in all these things? When I ask you, how do you see the world? How can you describe the community you live in? Do you like what you see? Are you satisfied with what you have right now?

We may all have the list of things that we want to have, we want to do but what's keeping us from achieving those things? When you reset your life, when you start all over again, you will promise to yourself that you will have it no matter what it takes especially if you hit the rock bottom. But when you surpassed the phase of rock bottom, we forget the why power, we forget the promises we made to ourselves and sabotage our goals of resetting or starting all over again. We come back to what is comfortable and convenience to us. #limitingbeliefs
They said memories are bittersweet. We can't say "I only had happy memories all throughout my life" neither "I only had sadness recollections". We also do have memories that we're trying to bury deep down like it never happened. When we try so hard to forget, it doesn't go away. We experience flashbacks or we get paralyze, freeze on a familiar spot or scenario. Have you experience these things? It's called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). #ptsdawareness I hear this question a lot. "Are we losing good men?", "Where are the good men nowadays?"
And on the other side, men says "Where are those soft, tender women?" "Why women become stronger than men?". Women are taking over the responsibilities of men in the society. Scary isn't it? #arewechangingforthebetter |
